Items ‘should’ be dispatched the next day, depending on when the order is processed. Delivery normally takes 2-3 days in the UK. Worldwide may take a week or so more. If you experience a long delay, please get in touch.

RETURNS

Can I advise that you do what you can to make sure you’re ordering what you want. Both in design and size? If there is a fault with the printing, then returns are ok. But if it’s just because you’ve changed your mind about design etc, it becomes a bit more problematic.

This shop is being run as a £0 profit service to team members. Which means there is no slush fund to absorb non error refunds.

If you do order something that you have changed your mind about, please do get in touch with John Steventon and we will work out how to sort it. It’s just not as simple as an Amazon return!!
